Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of any charge within 12 hours of making your order by responding to the order confirmation email. You may then cancel as long as the goods have not yet been sent. The order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped.

If you fulfill the "cancel order" criteria, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
